All funds raised through our Program must be used for rental assistance purposes only. This means that the funds will be paid directly to the landlord on behalf of the User, and not to the User directly.
Securities Compliance
To comply with securities regulations, we must ensure that our Program is not considered a securities investment. Therefore, we cannot provide cash payouts or refunds that exceed the original amount paid.
Eligibility
  • To participate in the Program, Users must:
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be a resident of Canada
  • Have a valid rental agreement
  • Meet our creditworthiness and eligibility criteria
Program Terms
