Product & Services

Each package offers quarterly disbursements (every three months) based on the purchased package value. These disbursement may also include potential bonuses earned for R.A.P. members utilizing the AAM.
Annual Subscription Packages

  • Bronze Package: $500 – Earn up to $300 annually toward your rent, distributed in quarterly payments.
  • Silver Package: $1000 – Earn up to $660 annually toward your rent, distributed in quarterly payments.
  • Gold Package: $1500 – Earn up to $1080 annually toward your rent, distributed in quarterly payments.
  • Platinum Package: $2000 – Earn up to $1700 annually toward your rent, distributed in quarterly payments.
  • Custom Package: This package allows you to subscribe based on your available disposable earnings, with a minimum amount of $500. Please contact our support team for custom package. Subscription Refund Policy You may request a refund for your subscription package at any time, provided your total earnings have not exceeded your package value.
  • If your earnings have exceeded your package value, a refund cannot be processed; however, you will continue to receive the full benefits of your package.
  • If your earnings have not exceeded your package value, you will be refunded the difference between your package value and your total earnings. For any refund requests, please contact our support team to initiate the process.

R.A.P SUBSCRIPTION INSTALLMENTS.

Outlined below is a comprehensive breakdown of the potential returns accumulated toward your rent from each subscription package you select, along with their corresponding schedules.
  • 1-3 months Gains 15%-21% of package value.
  • 3-6 months Gains 30%-42% of package value.
  • 6-9 months Gains 45%-63% of package value.
  • 9-12 months Gains 60%-84% of package value.
Your potential benefits are determined by multiplying the value of your subscription package by the potential yield, which typically ranges between 5% and 7% per month.
For example, if your subscription package is valued at $500 and the monthly yield is 5% to 7%, your first installment (received after three months) would range from $75 (15% of $500) to $105 (21% of $500).
This calculation applies to each pay period and represents the expected amount you would receive toward your rent based on your package value.
Please note that these percentages are not fixed and may change based on asset appreciation. They reflect the potential earnings on your package value and will adjust over time in response to market movements, ensuring payouts align with current market conditions.
